These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the releasr platform, including smart-link pages hosted at releasr.link and its subdomains (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

releasr provides smart-link pages that redirect music fans to streaming services of their choice. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs.
Use automated tools to generate artificial click or page-view traffic.
Circumvent rate limits or security controls.

3. Label accounts

Music labels that create accounts on releasr are responsible for the content of their campaigns and for compliance with applicable advertising and data-protection laws, including proper disclosure of any pixel tracking to their end users.

4. Intellectual property

All cover art, release titles, and other music-industry content displayed on campaign pages remains the property of the respective rights holders. releasr claims no ownership over label or artist content.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELEASR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
